Clipper Enterprises is a consulting firm, with capabilities based in years of expertise in the energy industry, creating collaborative strategies for new ideas in energy using alternative fuels for transportation on road, rail, and marine applications.We develop collaborative strategies for turning concepts into reality and presenting education awareness and information seminars to encourage continued dialog that will lead to furthering infrastructure development and increased high horsepower fleet usage.  Our firm specializes in developing innovative energy solutions and presenting information for seminars, conferences, and project management for fleet operators and refueling infrastructure developers. 

Dr. Lutitia A. Clipper, CEO Clipper Enterprises

Dr. Clipper has over 30 years experience in the energy industry. Prior to her work with Clipper Enterprises, she was responsible for the development of natural gas vehicle usage and refueling infrastructure for Peoples Gas service territory in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Dr. Clipper helped to secure Pennsylvania Energy Office funding to introduce the first dedicated transit bus in AMTRAN. She has brought this expertise to her service on the Geneva College Engineering Advisory Board, Carnegie Mellon Energy & Policy Advisory Group, and as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the Geneva College Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) Program. Dr. Clipper has received numerous awards for her hard work and leadership within the energy sector including:
